At William Wood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unassembled condition.

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

  Schedule a Collection

  Choose a convenient pickup date through our courier partner or drop off your package at an authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
